Hullo.

At the time of this entry, there are no deviations by yours truly,and there probably will not be for some time.

Why, you ask?

Because yours truly also happened to be dumb enough to agree to stage manage a show as a favor, right when she had two 9-12 page papers due, one of them being 35% of her grade which is, even as she writes, procrastinating to the last. She also hasn't done expenses in like 6 months, her account has overdrawn a couple of times recently and the house is so messy she can't find shit and also has yet to get a scanner.

In any event, with that rant out of the way, I used to be here under another username (obviously) but have just become too embarassed and dissociated from the person I was when I had that account that I decided it would be better to just move on to something else.

So I'm finally getting back into photography, and actually being able to develop everything myself--which yes, is exciting and all, but also un-fucking-believably frustrating. I anticipate that most of my deviations will be particular assignments for class on light or contrast or whatever, and will probably be heavy-critique friendly since I so clearly do not know what the fuck I am doing.

So yes, now that I have that lovely little disclaimer out of the way that I'm a beginner and do, in fact, know that most of my shit probably doesn't qualify as "art," I shall probably leave the haven of DA until my lazy ass can actually get the scanner I need to get anything on here.
